Your permit,
handled.
We deal with the city and the county, and tell you what your HOA needs, so your deck, fence, pool, or roof gets approved and your project keeps moving.
Start your permit
Tell us what you're building.
For homeowners
You want to build the thing, not learn how the Building Department works. Tell us what you're planning and we tell you what the city needs, whether your HOA has a say, and what it will cost. Then we pull the permit.
For contractors
We pull your permits, so no one in your office spends a morning on hold. We'll take the notary, insurance and workers' comp paperwork too, if that's eating your week. Use any of it on its own.

Something else?
If it needs a residential permit in central Ohio, we've probably pulled one. Tell us what you're planning and we'll tell you whether it needs one.
How it works
Tell us about the project
Address, what you're building, and a rough size. A sketch or a contractor quote helps but isn't required. We come back with what's needed and a flat price.
We prepare and submit
Zoning check, your HOA's requirements if you have one, site plan, application, and submission to the right department. You sign; we do the rest.
We follow it through
We answer the reviewer's questions, handle corrections, and let you know the moment it's approved.
Where we pull permits
Franklin, Delaware, Fairfield, Licking, Madison, Pickaway and Union counties, and the cities and villages inside them. Every municipality does it a little differently, and we know which ones want what.
