About us
We're two people in central Ohio. One of us knows the permit process; the other runs the business behind it. That's the whole company, and it's why you get the same person on the phone every time.
Why we started
Permits are not hard, exactly. They are just particular. Every municipality wants a slightly different thing, the rules are written for people who read code for a living, and one missing setback sends the whole application back to the start.
Homeowners lose weeks to that. Contractors lose mornings to it, over and over, on every job. We started this because the work is entirely learnable, and almost nobody wants to learn it.
How we work
One point of contact. We tell you what a permit involves before you commit, we tell you when something is going to be a problem, and we don't promise a turnaround the city hasn't promised us.
We don't design structures, stamp engineering, or pull permits for work that has already been built without one — though we can usually tell you how to get that sorted.
Where we work
Franklin, Delaware, Fairfield, Licking, Madison, Pickaway and Union counties, and the cities and villages inside them.
